Where do I start? My situation was somewhat different as I am out of state and own several rental properties in the Nashville area. After many phone calls and countless estimates by several other roofing companies (and being gouged due to my geographical location) I finally spoke with Wes at Distinctive. He gave me a not only honest, but fair price for a new roof to be put on one of my rental properties. The job was started ON time and completed ON time without fail. All of the workers were extremely professional and cleaned up after themselves upon completion of the product. Because I was not able to be in TN to see the final product Wes FaceTimed with me so that I could see that I was comfortable with the finished product. I thoroughly enjoyed working with this company. Will use them again for other properties and have already recommended their services to a friend who also owns several properties.
