What a privilege it is for my husband, Allen and I to share our extra-ordinary experience in hiring Distinctive Roofing - Nashville.
From the first phone call, Wes was immediately responsive, extremely knowledgeable, and uncommonly professional and personable. The members of his crew who installed the new roof were equally professional and knowledgeable, leaving our property just as Wes promised - clean and clear of any evidence that they had torn off and installed a new roof.
During the final walk-through review on a Friday afternoon, Wes noticed a couple of places on the roof where a small piece of plastic was left on some shingles. Without hesitation, he assured me his crew would have them removed by the first of the following week. Without a single reminder, the plastic was removed, exactly as promised!
After the walk-through and my verbal approval, Wes provided me an invoice in the exact amount as quoted, a copy of the documents I had signed and his installation guarantee/warranty in a folder pre-labelled "Distinctive Roofing" for our records. He let me know that we would be receiving the lifetime warranty on the shingles from GAF in a few days. It arrived in the mail the following week.
